By accessing or using EtsyShot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EtsyShot is an AI-powered image generation tool that allows users to transform product photographs into styled listing images suitable for e-commerce platforms such as Etsy. The Service is provided on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go model.

3. User Accounts

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that: (a) infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights; (b) contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material; (c) violates any applicable laws or regulations. You retain full ownership of images you upload and the outputs we generate from them.

5. Credits and Payment

Credits are purchased upfront and consumed when generating images. One credit corresponds to one AI-generated image. Credits do not expire. All payments are processed by our payment provider. Pricing is displayed in USD on our pricing page.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EtsyShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
