Refund Policy

Eligibility
We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase for any credit pack where:
- None or only a small portion of the purchased credits have been consumed; and
- You contact us with your order details within the 7-day window.
Non-Refundable
The following are non-refundable:
- Credits that have already been consumed (each successful AI image generation).
- Free credits granted on signup or as promotions.
- Purchases older than 7 days.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@etsyshot.com from the email associated with your account, including:
- Your order ID or transaction reference.
- The reason for the refund request.
We typically respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Quality Issues
If a generated image is unusable due to a service error on our side, contact us and we will refund the affected credit(s) or regenerate free of charge — even outside the 7-day window.
Chargebacks
We prefer to resolve issues directly. Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — most cases can be resolved faster via email.
